We are seeking candidates at a variety of levels including Associate and Senior Consultants, Account Managers and Directors who will be geographically aligned with offices in Boston, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Palm Beach and San Francisco. Remote and virtual positions will be considered as well.

Our Access and Strategy practices provide strategy consulting and client implementation services in a wide range of areas, such as early commercial value strategy, reimbursement planning, scientific shaping and evidence planning, pricing and market access strategy. We offer expertise in US & Global markets.
Our engagements span planning for coverage, reimbursement and payment across commercial and public payer segments; pivotal trial design; pricing and contracting; field payer engagement planning; and field team design and deployment. We assess how our clients’ products fit within the emerging access and reimbursement landscape and help our clients optimize market access for products through deep subject matter expertise and understanding of their business issues.
We are not just developing strategies for clients and walking away. We design strategic and tactical plans to maximize adoption and uptake by payers, providers, and patients throughout the product lifecycle by integrating policy and healthcare market dynamics into the business planning cycle.
Our consultants are highly experienced and uniquely positioned to work across our clients’ diverse functional teams – including R&D, Clinical Development, Program Management, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access.
Generating market insights via execution of qualitative and quantitative research on a diverse array of healthcare issues.
Secondary analysis and desk research; analyzing market and disease dynamics, health policies and trends (e.g., global health systems, government authorities in US and Europe, private payer policies, US Medicare and Medicaid payment regulations and future proposals, etc.) to determine direct business implications for clients.
Working independently and in cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and delivery of projects for clients.
Synthesizing conclusions and insights into written summaries and PowerPoint presentations to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Using content expertise, solid proofreading, and layout skills to build client deliverables.
Acting with limited oversight to apply knowledge of research tools and analytical approaches to develop content.
Leading or assisting in the management of project-based accounts.
Assisting with new business development, researching landscapes for proposals, drafting scopes of work and using subject matter expertise to collaborate and bridge work across practices.
Regularly acting as project manager, responsible for high levels of project management.
